About Ernie's Touchless Car Wash

Located at 579 Millbury St, Worcester, MA 01610, Ernie's Touchless Car Wash operates as a car wash serving Worcester in Massachusetts. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Worcester, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Massachusetts, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

Hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Worcester keep standard business hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on weekends and holidays. You can reach Ernie's Touchless Car Wash at (508) 753-2115; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, erniescarwash.com.

Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 337 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Worcester is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Worcester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Be mindful when you wash your car that the company will charge you $19 regardless of the cost!! However, the actual cost I spent was $4.04. Also, pay attention to the machine- it starts at $3.75 then it charges a penny per second but that doesn't matter because they still charge you $19 and blame it on your bank and you. The manager was so abrasive and was like the bank holds the $19 since it's there money when I used my debit. Oh then they blame it on you that you didn't read a sign that was not clearly visible. It's too bad the manager will cost the owner business with his unprofessional attitude. Ps- don't bother going to the manager, he will resolve nothing and only make the matter worse.

I haven't had my white car washed in quite a while. It was quite a mess! Thank you to the gentleman who thoroughly brushed down my entire car before sending me through the touchless wash. Getting my car washed is one of those tasks I always procrastinate on. My car looks great, and I'm glad I finally got it done!

If I could give a zero I would! I went to the Grove St location. Vacuum out my vehicle cleaned the interior then went through the automated car wash.. I come out to see my windshield cracked! Huge crack! On the passenger side halfway through The windshield! I have left messages. This is the 2nd day no one has gotten back to me or called me. I left messages, nothing.!!!! Update... a week later I go to this location to speak to Phill and he refused to help.. so I basically paid them to brake my windshield!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place is not your average Worcester car wash. I drive across town past many other car washes just to use this one. I think most car wash owners forget that their equipment needs regular maintenance but this place seems to treat their equipment with care as if they were using it in their own homes. Just the fact that the building has a decent coat of paint on it creates an inviting experience that shows the management takes pride in their business and cares about the customer. I even had a billing issue and they took care of it right away. I will definitely be returning to Ernie's!
